Pricing is done using a basic "per hour" rate (calculated
based on the actual time spent) plus a callout charge.
Appointments for one to one training normally last between 1 and
1 3/4 hours. Clients can opt either for a fixed time appointment
(eg one hour) or, more commonly, a flexible appointment is made,
where sufficient time is allowed for more than the minimum hour
if the need arises. The hourly rate for a one to one appointment
is £30 per hour, to the nearest 5 minutes, plus the callout
charge.
Appointments for behavioural consultations last on average between
2 1/2 and 3 1/2 hours but it is not possible to offer a fixed appointment
time as it largely depends on the dog(s) and the problem(s). The
hourly rate for a behavioural consultation is £40 per hour,
to the nearest 5 minutes, plus the callout charge.
Private sessions normally take place (or at least begin) in your
own home, often progressing outside at some stage if the problem
requires this.

Callout charges are calculated in zones, as shown in the zone charts
below. Behavioural consultations are available outside of the green
zone, at a slightly increased callout charge appropriate to the
location - please enquire.
Red zone: £5
Blue zone: £10
Pink zone: £15
Green zone: £20-£25, minimum charge may apply
Outside green zone: POA, behavioural consultations only, mimimum
charge may apply
Appointments in the green zone are subject to a 1 1/2
hour minimum. Callout charges for behavioural consultations outside
the green zone on application.
